Extensive consultation with the local community, Councillors as well as existing and potential user groups was required to develop a plan for this community facility in Burpengary.  The final master plan maximised capacity for shared future use, modernised existing infrastructure, responded to specific user needs and planned facility expansion in a coordinated and structured way.

The overall design approach centred on enhancing the communal experience focusing around a community green and pedestrian spine which improved site connectivity, usability and function. Lat27 also developed concept architecture and guidelines for proposed new buildings and structures.
