Our design approach was to mimic and borrow essential characteristics of the backyard garden. The familiar textures and colours of brick paving, undulating turf, boulders, logs and cubby houses all find a place in this garden. 

Gardens change through seasons and over time. So, this play space allows for all the planting to be rotated, interchanged within the decking and adjusted to provide malleable spaces and adaptive settings.
