Catering for the many different community groups that enjoy the foreshore open spaces, the Clontarf Master Plan established a strategic vision for parklands and facilities to be staged and implemented over the next 20 years.

Lat27 worked collaboratively with Moreton Bay Regional Council to develop the master plan which covers 2.8 kilometres of foreshore parklands from the new Ted Smout Bridge to Woody Point. The plan incorporated water play, events space, playgrounds and picnic facilities - all identified as part of a community consultation process.
