The design approach for re-imagining this existing residence in Bridgeman Downs, was to create a sprawling subtropical garden with a resort character for its new owners. The extensions and renovations to the existing house required a complete refocus of landscape to match the new uses of the residence. The gardens are a showpiece for the family with a large formal pool as its centrepiece.

Extensive earthworks enabled the horizon edge pool to be the feature that reveals itself when first entering the property. Retention of the existing trees and early works planting for much of the advanced stock provided a spectacular ”always been there” landscape on completion of the renovation.
