Located at the southern end of the city, on the northern bank of the Brisbane River, 1 William Street will accommodate over 5,000 Queensland public servants. This 43 storey building is a significant new addition to Brisbane’s CBD creating a new focus of employment at the head of William Street that will dramatically influence the public realm of this part of the City including connectivity to the River.

As part of BVN Donovan Hill’s team, Lat27 were engaged as an independent design verifier on behalf of State Government, responsible for reviewing the internal and external landscape and public realm packages.
