Following the recently endorsed Woolgoolga Town Centre Master Plan, Lat27 has completed the Concept Plan for upgrading the southern section of the Woolgoolga Beach Reserve, a beautiful and much-loved coastal park. The concept design incorporates the findings from extensive community and business consultation to reach a balanced and achievable outcome for locals and visitors alike. There are central places for community events, a dune-inspired playscape, pockets tucked away for quiet reflection and a vastly improved section of the Solitary Islands Coastal Walk. Importantly, the re-planning of existing uses within the Reserve has opened up views of the ocean and headland from deep within the local centre, increasing the community’s day-to-day connection with this incredible coastline.
