Lat27 has been working with AMP Capital since 2014 to develop the public realm masterplan for the Coronation Drive Office Park (CDOP) precinct. The key driver for this work was a recognition that the office park was dating badly and needed significant investment in order to retain existing and attract new tenants in an increasingly competitive commercial office space market within Brisbane. 

Construction was recently completed on The Link, a new vibrant multi-functional space that is being enjoyed by both visitors and the office park tenants. It is an important first step towards re-positioning the office park as a dynamic, place-driven destination of choice. The Link converts an underutilised connection to Coronation Drive and the Brisbane river into a lively series of places with improved, 24/7 amenity.

We have received overwhelming positive feedback from our client and their tenants. We are proud to continue the roll out of our CDOP public realm masterplan with AMP Capital and our sub consultants.
