Building on our historical involvement in the Portside precinct, Lat27 have recently completed Pinnacle Apartments, working in collaboration with NRA on behalf of Brookfield Multiplex and Hutchinson Builders. The public realm and building setting were designed to continue the existing pedestrian mall and create a new pedestrian spine connection through to the river, with consideration of site planning for adjacent future buildings and continuation of the spine and view corridors as part of this design process.
