Extensive consultation with the local community, Council and community groups was necessary to develop this master plan for a community facility in central Woodford. Moreton Bay Regional Council planned to develop the site for use by a number of local community groups along with the Australian Narrow Gauge Railway Museum Society (ANGRMS) who were already present on site. These groups included:

• Woodford and Region Men’s Shed;
• Woodford Community Cultural Connections;
• Woodford Historical Society; and
• Woodford Community Bus Parking / Storage area.

MBRC engaged Lat27 to assist with the development of the master plan and undertake the community consultation process that would develop an outcome acceptable to all stakeholders and the local community.
