Dramatic topography and views over Victoria Park Golf Course to the city backdrop offered great opportunities to create a range of experiences for residents. Open gathering spaces and intimate contemplation gardens are carefully integrated with stepped terrains and sinuous pathways. Nodes in the landscape are punctuated with sculptural ‘nest’ forms. Coloured translucent shade canopies and a metal wrapped lookout pod provide playful amenity.

Late in 2014, all three apartment buildings were completed for residents to enjoy the full range of recreation settings including pools, BBQ’s and yoga lawns adjoining a gym.
