Redcliffe has been identified in the South East Queensland Regional Plan as a Major Activity Centre  and will play a key role in diversifying and strengthening the local and regional economies. It possesses all of the ingredients for a great future – a commercial centre connected by rail; a seaside village on the cusp of a development renaissance; ample community facilities and open spaces as well as a connected local community.

Lat27 prepared the Redcliffe Economic and Place Strategy in partnership with AEC Group and Village Well. The project investigated integrated economic and placemaking strategies to encourage and guide the future growth and development over a twenty year horizon.
