Paradise Waters is a future residential community within one of Southeast Queensland’s major urban expansion areas, the Ripley Valley. Covering approximately 250 hectares of undulating land, the former rural property will potentially yield 2000 dwellings and a neighbourhood centre when complete.

The community structure and detailed concepts carefully delivered market affordability priorities within a site-wide placemaking strategy that captured the natural gullies and waterways as feature landscape elements. The master plan was structured around an expansive linear open spaces that could accommodate a wide range of recreation settings and play a critical role in urban water management.

The structure plan and urban design studies were collated as a Master Plan Report in support of a submission to Economic Development Queensland for development approval.
