Economic Development Queensland commissioned Lat27 to update and refresh the illustrative master plan for the Northshore Hamilton UDA. The plan had to be completely reimagined and rendered to reflect new road alignments, existing development, current approvals and new precinct layouts. This exercise was informed by Lat27’s urban design expertise and culminated in a new master plan complemented by a suite of overlay diagrams illustrating key attributes of the emerging urban framework.

The master plan was further refined and new overlays developed for inclusion on the Northshore Hamilton UDA interactive website. This material was valued as a critical communication tool, illustrating the potential of the UDA to both the public and private development proponents.
