Lat27 in partnership with BVN prepared this strategy to inform Council’s review of the Neighbourhood Plan. The study presents a comprehensive place analysis, strategy identification and implementation framework for one of Brisbane’s most well-known and densely inhabited inner-city suburbs. Community and stakeholder engagement established core directions and outcomes as an integrated part of the planning and design process.
