A comprehensive site investigation of the Elizabeth Road Reserve was required by Moreton Bay Regional Council to determine the site’s suitability as a future regional sport and recreation facility. 

Working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary consultant team, Lat27 prepared assessments the site to identify development opportunities and constraints for sport and active/passive recreation. The final structure plan for Elizabeth Road Reserve established the planning framework to guide Council's decision making process.
