Economic Development Queensland was appointed to manage the development of Stage 1 at Carseldine Urban Village (CUV) and commissioned Lat27 to undertake urban design and commercial feasibility studies.

The resulting CUV Stage 1 Master Plan Vision Report established a comprehensive understanding of the site’s physicality and future development potential through analysis mapping and testing of detailed master plan options.

The vision expands on the requirements and principles set out in the Fitzgibbon Urban Development Area and the Carseldine Urban Village Master Plan Report. The document and identifies guiding urban design directions and explores a range of commercially viable mixed use development scenarios to inform future development of Stage 1.
