Quality Management System

LatStudios are committed to continually strive to improve our service offering.

We have developed the LatStudios Quality Management System (QMS) as a live tool to assist us in meeting the above objectives. The QMS is applied to all our projects to ensure that we meet or exceed our clients’ expectations.

The LatStudios QMS has been developed to align to and is third party accredited to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. The policies and procedures are continuously reviewed, updated and improved to maintain currency and relevance to the development of our practice and our clients’ needs.

We train and monitor our staff in applying the LatStudios QMS to the projects they are working on. Both the Director’s and staff of LatStudios understand their obligations in ensuring that through the rigorous application of the QMS policies and procedures we will continue to provide our clients with exemplary service.

Copies of the LatStudios QMS Structure and Principles documentation is available to interested parties on request.

An outstanding collaborative design process has resulted in a series of robust landscapes connecting people to public transport, executed in thoughtful and sophisticated detail. The sheer variety of landscape challenges the designers have met in integrating ferry terminals into eight socially, geologically and topographically different existing landscapes along a flood-prone river is impressive.

The clarity provided in the master plan on the project and implementation steps sets this project above and beyond expectations, with a 20-year delivery timeline and revenue generating delivery model. The judges were impressed with the transferability for this project, and the economic delivery model as a blueprint for waterway regeneration to ensure viable outcomes.
