Akala graduated from her Bachelors in 2021 from Queensland University of Technology. As a Landscape Architect, she has a passion for the environment and exploring how nature can be integrated into the urban framework, ensuring that nature is always present.

With a fondness for travel, she enjoys exploring the world when she can, gaining inspiration through new cities and landscapes with admiration. She has worked across a range of sectors including education, aged care, residential, subdivisions and playscapes.

With documentation experience, Akala understands the level of work required to complete a project from concept design through to construction as well as the importance of team communication. Being skilled in multiple graphic programs, she can physically create her ideas while also expanding her professional knowledge.
